Shipping

We ship items to locations within the United Kingdom and most international locations which parcel force can reach. No matter how many items you purchased per transaction, we only charge £4.99 for shipping.
The items you ordered will be shipped out in 2 business days after payment goes through. And it usually needs 5-7 days for delivery. But NO overnight shipping.
All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be hold for picking up if it can not be singed or delivered.
All delivery items will be sent by the parcel force "Recorded Signed for" delivery service. Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession. So please provide us with detailed street address for the shipping, P.O. Box address will not be accepted.
Our aim is to deliver all orders within 7 working days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example your ordered goods is out of stock, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay.
We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Please ensure you that provide us with the proper shipping address. The shipping address you provided MUST be a valid address with a parcel force service. We are not responsible for the orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you have any problems, please feel easy to contact us with our service e-mail.

Tracking

We provide the online trackable shipping for our valued customers. If you don’t receive any tracking number and link in 5 days, please contact us immediately. If you have got the tracking number but no items received in 2 weeks, please contact us or the post office with your tracking number.
