For Returns:
If you want to return your items, please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 10 days of receipt. Any items MUST be sent back complete with jewelry packaging. Please contact us at first to obtain the return address. The postage cost is not reimbursed. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card account within 10 days after we receiving the returns. The £4.99 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. Please send back the returns by insured airmail, we will not be responsible for any loss and damage of return shipments.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them completely with jewelry packaging. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. PLEASE NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first via e-mail (preferred method) In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund the postage costs upon request.
For Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit .Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacement only after your returns have been received.
